The Cure For This....




Is This!

A hardcore workout! Fueled by Superpump and some kick ass music!
I did 80 bodybuilders... yes 80 in sets of 20, with jumps... a killer shoulder workout and then 45 min of intervals. I am beat. I feel great though! :D I got such a pump in my legs and arms and shoulders. Its so much fun to flex in front of the mirror :P I have to remember my weight will be up a bit because of the creatine and also my period. I stepped on the scale today and it was up 5 lbs from the last time, but PMS and creatine will do that no problem.

Tina, I owe a big thanks to you for motivating me and keeping me from eating chocolate :)

Holy heck....you go girl :) Inspiring me :) I Love it :) Maybe I should find some of this superpump...dang if I'm not out reading blogs I miss out on all the good stuff :)

Kuddos for stepping on the scale and having that kind of attitude...I think in those early materials from Tony he says its just one gauge and not always the best gauge for a bodybuilder...so think of it as just one number...pay more attention to that feeling when you are done with a hard workout...that is the real reason we do this stuff to ourselves :) I'm still gasping at 80 bodybuilders :) Those always suck till they are done...I'd have cried through all of them :) I always do :)

I can't remember what Bodybuilders are? Are they like burpees? Well, whatever they are...good job! -MarthaB
