I am finally really feeling better, I took yesterday off because I could not move, and had the fever, headache and a runny nose. So I slept yesterday most all day.
I went in today because I need the hours.
I also drug myself to immigration today. I should be approved as a permanent resident soon :) then I came back and had a nap and woke up sweating like mad.
On the 100 Day Challenge front ... I used a bone yesterday for one meal, I ran out of my food.
Workouts didn't happen of course yesterday. Do I have to use bones for that? Thanks to car and sickness I have not worked out yet this week.
On top of all that TOM arrived, really that on top of being sick with this mystery flu, blah I feel so fat.
Tomorrow I am getting up early for my cardio, I really miss it and the energy boost I get, then later after work, I will hit the gym.
Anyway I have a brighter outlook :) I am marking PMS on the calendar for next month so when it hits I can curl up with a comedy instead of thinking I am going nuts.Why has it taken me this many years to get the hang of this?

Nah - the Bones Boss says you get to keep them all. If you ran out of food and didn't exercise because you were sick then that is a legitimate case of circumstances beyond your control.
No penalty required. Your intentions were honorable so you are still on track.
You will get back your energy-and well for PMS..it sucks for me too!
