Calling All Unmotivated People!

For those of you who don't know Kelly, here is one of her vlogs. I really like this one because she talks about those days when you feel like crap and don't want to workout.

I know some of you are having issues with motivation, heck I have been having motivation issues for what... 7 months? I feel like I have a handle on it now. Why? Because I have a bag of raisins sitting in my cupboard that I have not eaten. You may remember I was eating 2lb bags of these babies not that long ago. I LOVE raisins. However I don't want to eat them, because I know they are just going to take me further from my goal. I will eat some next time Tony says I can have an off-plan meal.:) Also I have never really been one to work my ass off in the gym and then eat junk, I am much more likely to eat junk if I don't train.

Really whats helping me stay on track is knowing that the unmotivated feelings will pass, keeping my goal clearly in my mind, and visualization. Just do it. Don't sit around analyzing why your not motivated and trying to get motivated. THE PATH TO MOTIVATION IS DOING!!!!

Good work with the raisins, Tea. I love Kelly O too. She is so down to earth and real, she motivates me not to make excuses.

Yes, Kelly is awesome. Love her and her vlogs. She's so amazing and inspiring.

You are so right. Just get in that gym and start and don't quit. I'll hopefully be doing that soon too.
