Saturday!!

This is amazing! Notice were he talks about training his mind.




Weigh in was 152.... so I lost 4 lbs this week! I get a cheat meal today too :) Tony said it must be moderate, I planned on having steak and roasted veggies, and yogurt with fruit. I am really not happy with the weigh in. I should be in the 140's next week.

Lots of girls are competing this weekend I want to wish them all the best! Today is your day to shine!

4 lbs in a week? Isn't that unhealthy? I'm not saying that is not impressive though... good job!

Don't worry Kai, half that was water lol, I am like a camel. I ate all my meals and wasn't a cardio nut :P
