These videos never cease to fire me up!
So I went and did 60 min of fasted cardio and I am about to do a back and abs workout.
Dan lost 3 lbs this week. I am really proud of him, he really gives the workouts his all.
Chicken breasts were on sale for 6.99 a kilo! I stocked up! can't beat that. :D
I took a pic of 2 of my meals from yesterday...
I had a cup of cottage cheese and a cup of veggies on my meal plan so I made this, its mushrooms, red bell pepper, green beans, onion, and jalapenos! So yummy!
This I had later, its my chicken salad with a T. of olive oil and a T. of red wine vinegar. I love my salads!
Muscle food! To build me some of these......
