To reach my goal of size 8! So lets see I have been dropping inches consistently even though the scale is wacko. I am getting to that stage where the muscle definition is getting better and better in the upper body and thinning out enough in the lower to where I can tell there is muscle there somewhere lol.
So since I am not working I have really learned how to waste time. I mean I get my workouts in everyday and things cleaned... most days lol. The first 2 weeks I was dying trying to figure out how to kill time now I am like eeekk! I don't have time for anything! You know what they say ....however much time you give something, it will expand to take up that amount.
I have broken up my assessments and given them deadlines because at the rate I am going I'll never do them.
In the gym weights are going up consistently, so even if I feel like I am starving I must not be :p cardio is getting easier every week, if its ever easy. Its just easier to sprint when you aren't waterlogged. My knees though are starting to complain, never while running, just when I go to stand up. I should probably start taking some Glucosamine.
I can't take anymore pics. Dan broke the camera phone :( BUT I am hoping for a camera for my birthday... so we'll see .
Has anyone tried the Body Jam classes? How much fun are they! I really am thinking about becoming an instructor down the road. What a great way to get that cardio in! I have also been looking at Turbo jam, I LOVE Chalene Johnson. To be honest when I first saw her Chalene Extreme, I thought it was one of those "pink dumbbell, I just wanna tone up workouts", So I was totally not interested.... but then I saw her dance! I was like =0 I wanna do that!! I took a closer look at her other stuff and it would be nice to have as a change of pace, something new and fun to throw into the mix. My mom has a bunch of her stuff.
So what else have I been up to....drinking way too much coffee lol, sticking to my plan really well, having mental battles with myself STILL. For the most part feeling pretty positive and happy, I did mope around and had a bit of a cry Saturday.
About 3 times a year I get really anxious and start climbing the walls because I want to go out and socialize and dance! and I stay that way until I do. The last year has been really hard in so many ways, and I just feel if I could let off a little steam at some regular intervals I would be ok.
There are some great music festivals coming up but not till January! I won't last that long! So theres that....
O and Halloween is coming and that is one of my favorite holidays except its not really a holiday here, so while all my American friends are planning their Halloween parties, and costumes and gross Halloween treats lol, I am sulking.
When we get our own place next year I will have to throw a big Halloween party.
Sooo.. time for MORE coffee and to plan my day so I actually accomplish more then checking Facebook and email 2124654564 times !! :D

I wish Halloween was celebrated Down Under too because that would mean we might have CANDY CORN!! It is celebrated kind of, because I have been to several Halloween parties in the past, but it seems to be more the adults celebrating rather than the kids.
Have you noticed because we don't have Halloween or Thanksgiving, that Christmas starts earlier here??! :-P
Hi Di! Yes!! I miss candy corn! I noticed Christmas stuff in the stores about 2 weeks ago! yes! its nuts! I think America is trending toward earlier too with Christmas buying parties in July!
I just really miss the traditional Halloween parties and all the goodies that go with it.
I am thinking about making a Thanksgiving dinner though, I can't miss all the good holidays lol.

Mmm...I picked up a bag of candy corn at Target yesterday just to smell it LOL!
Yvette, it is good that the scale is remaining consistent whille you continue to lose inches..means you are retaining your muscle while losing bf.
I so hear you on the coffee....and the mope days. I've had several of those lately.....but I'm moving ON!!

Yes, Halloween is my FAVORITE holiday. I'm SO excited about this one too. It will be great! I will post pics and everything.
Glad to hear that the muscle is coming back and you are feeling better and that you're back at it! Now if some of what you have could just rub off on me! I SO need to get back in the gym!
